Boston Scientific is a leading medical device manufacturer, dedicated to transforming lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients around the world. Sourcing of product builders were required at a large scale, with candidates sourced with a short turnaround.




HOW WE SOLVED THE PROBLEM

Boston Scientific have more vacancies than pipeline of candidates in Irelands medical device manufacturing capital. They work across a wide variety of different invasive medical device products and therefore looking at many different candidate profiles. They want to build a temporary workforce resource to scale up or down production at times of need. As a result they are looking for a partner to deliver and manage their temporary worker population.


Boston Scientific require Kelly to identify talent both at short notice but also pipeline for the future. They are in a competitive situation and want to ensure they secure they very best talent. Once talent has been identified a rigorous and robust candidate selection process has been built. This includes  verbal, numerical, and spacial reasoning testing, combined with an in-person dexterity test. These tests are to qualify for the selection interview.
