Boston Scientific have more vacancies than pipeline of candidates in Irelands medical device manufacturing capital. They work across a wide variety of different invasive medical device products and therefore looking at many different candidate profiles. They want to build a temporary workforce resource to scale up or down production at times of need. As a result they are looking for a partner to deliver and manage their temporary worker population.
